Welcome to Manak Organic—an independent company based in County Fermanagh, Ireland, specialising in premium mushroom powders and naturally crafted ingredients. What began with a deep curiosity for fungi has grown into a trusted source of clean, carefully processed foods made with flavour, sustainability, and simplicity in mind. From our rural base, we work with customers across Ireland, the UK, and beyond who value what goes into their food—and where it comes from.
Manak Organic started as a small research-led project, exploring how mushrooms grow and how best to preserve their unique character through careful processing. Over time, that work evolved into something bigger: a commitment to producing natural foods with purpose. We focus on producing real ingredients that don’t rely on artificial additives, fillers, or shortcuts—just slow, simple methods that bring out the best of what nature has to offer.
At the heart of our offering are our mushroom powders—made from 100% fruiting bodies, dried at low temperatures and finely milled to retain their aroma, texture, and flavour. These powders are used in soups, sauces, stocks, teas, seasoning blends, savoury bakes, and more. They’re chosen by professional chefs, food innovators, and home cooks alike who want flavour-forward, reliable ingredients that fit into modern cooking without complication.
While mushrooms remain central to our work, our research and development continues to explore a wider world of natural ingredients. We’re always looking into new products, new applications, and new ways to bring clean, high-integrity foods to life. In the background, we’re developing a number of new products beyond mushrooms—including whole-food powders, culinary blends, and natural flavour bases—launches coming soon.

Everything we make is guided by a simple philosophy: if it doesn’t need to be in there, we leave it out. That’s why all of our products are made in small batches, third-party tested for quality and purity, and grown without peat or synthetic inputs. We keep our process small, considered, and science-led—because we care about doing things the right way, even if it takes longer.
County Fermanagh gives us the space to do this work properly. Surrounded by clean air, natural water sources, and a long agricultural tradition, we’re able to maintain close control over what we produce while staying connected to the land and the people around us.
